Love is Understanding
Dark silky hair brushes past my face.
Drowning in your sweet embrace,
deepest passion, I thirst to taste.
But, I doubt you feel the same,
I hide away my fears from you.
Through some way only you can know,
You turn to me and asking real slow,
You dredge up feelings from beneath the snow.
Melting that ice with love's pure flame,
why do I second guess a Love so true.
We lie in the dark, tenderness we reclaim,
one has been made from disparate two.
